You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Do not send your item back to the supplier without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used grooming products

  • Gift cards or downloadable items

  • Sale or clearance products


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
